  There are specific provisions for the use of CCQC certification marks. This document aims to ensure that you can clearly understand the provisions of these terms. In any case, CCQC is happy to answer your questions regarding the use of the logo. The auditors of CCQC certification department will inspect your promotional materials during each supervision audit, and also guide you on how to use the logo in specific situations. This document and its requirements are prepared in accordance with the CCQC system certification mark usage management rules.

   The use of certification certificates and certification marks must comply with the provisions of Article 25 of the Certification and Accreditation Regulations of the People's Republic of China, which states that those who have obtained certification certificates shall use certification certificates and certification marks within the scope of certification, and shall not use product or service certification certificates, certification marks, and related texts and symbols to mislead the public into believing that their management system has been certified, nor shall they use management system certification certificates, certification marks, and related texts and symbols to mislead the public into believing that their products and services have been certified. Use of certification mark

  When using the certification marks of CCQC international certification services, the shape, proportion, and content of any of the marks shall not be changed. If in some cases the size of the certification mark has to be reduced, you must at least ensure that the mark is clear and distinguishable. 

  You must indicate that your company has been certified by the CCQC Certification Department for any advertisements or news releases related to certification. By doing so, you can ensure the traceability of your certificate to your customers and guarantee the credibility of your certification. 

  The CCQC certification mark must not be used in any way that misleads the statement 'product complies'.

  According to the implementation principles of CCQC international certification services, certificate holders have the obligation to control the use of their certificates and certification marks, and ensure that there is no confusion between certified and uncertified systems and/or services. Any misuse of the certification mark must be immediately corrected by taking measures. The user is responsible for taking corrective measures in accordance with the regulations of the CCQC certification department.

Violating the above regulations may result in the revocation of your certificate, and CCQC certification department has the right to demand compensation for losses. The use of certification marks does not exempt organizations from legal requirements related to the scope of certification.

How to use the logo for promotion?

Appendix:CCQC Management Rules for the Use of System Certification Marks 

  1. Introduction

  This rule involves the CCQC system certification mark ("Certification Mark") owned by CCQC and approved for use by certification bodies for this purpose, as shown in Figure 1. CCQC reserves the right to replace the certification mark shown in Figure 1 with another certification mark at any time.

  The use of this certification mark within a renewable three-year cycle is strictly limited to customers whose management system has been successfully certified by the certification body. 

  2. Definition 

  1) In this rule, "certificate" refers to the qualification assessment certificate issued by the certification body, which clearly specifies the scope of customer certification.

  2) 'Customer' refers to the company that has been issued the certificate.

  3) Communication media "refers to customer advertisements, such as advertisements, displays, posters, television commercials, promotional videos, websites, brochures, customer promotional materials similar to pocket notebooks, coffee cups, coasters, and doormats; Outdoor advertising for customers, such as bulletin boards or signs; Customer office supplies, such as sales or contract documents, letterhead, business cards, invoices, greeting cards, delivery receipts; Customer transportation vehicles, customer flags and window decorations, and any other communication media used by customers.

  4) The 'inappropriate use' of the certification mark refers to any use that violates this rule. It also refers to the imitation, forgery, and dilution of certification marks.

  5) 'Standards' refer to the management system and the standards that the control methods that make the management system comply with these specifications should comply with.

  6) 'Use' refers to the lawful, authorized, restricted, non exclusive, limited, and revocable right to use the certification mark.

  3. Use of certification marks

  3.1 The customer agrees that:

  1) It shall only use the certification mark in the manner specified herein and in the certificate.

  2) It only uses the certification mark when it relates to its certification scope.

  3) It will use the certification mark on its communication media in a way that does not confuse matters related to the scope of certification with other matters.

      4) It will not use the certification mark on its products and primary packaging to avoid confusion with product certification; It can use the certification mark on large boxes or additional packaging, as it has not reached the end user and can be reasonably assumed that the product was produced on the certified management system platform.

  5) It can use this certification mark on office supplies, such as sales or contract documents, letterhead, business cards, invoices, greeting cards, and delivery documents; Advertisements, such as advertisements, displays, posters, TV commercials, promotional videos, websites, brochures; Outdoor advertising, such as bulletin boards or signs; Flag; vehicle; Large boxes or additional packaging that do not reach the end customer; Paper-cuts for Window Decoration; Promotional materials, such as pocket notebooks, coffee cups, coasters, and doormats.

  6) When used on flags, transportation vehicles, large boxes or additional packaging that do not reach the end customer, window decorations, promotional materials such as pocket notebooks, coffee cups, coasters, and doormats, certification marks without accreditation agency logos should be used.

  7) If the accreditation body logo appears to be closely integrated with the certification logo and the accreditation body has allowed its use, it may use the certification logo on office supplies, such as sales or contract documents, letterhead, business cards, invoices, greeting cards, and delivery documents; Advertisements, such as advertisements, displays, posters, TV commercials, promotional videos, websites, brochures; Outdoor advertising, such as bulletin boards or signs.

       8) This certification mark cannot be used for testing reports or compliance certificates such as calibration certificates or analysis certificates.

  9) If the certification mark is used as a link from its website to the following CCQC website URL http://www.szccqc.cn The use of hypertext links allows the certification mark to be used on their website and marked as a link, provided that a system certification mark usage agreement is signed with CCQC.

  10) During or after the validity period of the certificate, it will not register or attempt to register the certification mark or make any claims or assertions about ownership of the certification mark, or doubt the authority of the certification body, its successors or assignees to license the use of the certification mark provided herein.

  11) When the certificate is suspended, revoked, or cancelled, it will cease to use the certification mark or any additional proof or recognition mark, and will not use any copies or counterfeits thereafter.

  12) In the event of a takeover or merger, written permission from the certification body is mandatory for the transfer of the right to use the certification mark.

  3.2 The use of this certification mark does not exempt the customer from any legal obligations related to their service performance, as well as the performance, design, manufacturing, transportation, sales, or distribution of their products.

   4. Customer monitoring

  If deemed necessary, the certification body may arrange or commission a representative to conduct all inspections using the methods and frequencies determined by the standards throughout the validity period of the certification mark. The inspection will ensure that the standard is inherent to every applicable management system, complies with these rules, and the implementation guidelines are maintained.

  5. Punishment and appeal

  According to the sanction procedures required by the certification body, when the certification mark is improperly used, the certification body may immediately suspend or revoke the certification and the power to use the certification mark. According to the appeal procedure provided by the certification body upon request, customers may file an appeal against the certification body's decision.

  6. Give up

  Customers can abandon or suspend the use of certification marks for a certain period of time. It will provide written notice to the certification body and make all changes in its relevant communication media. Based on this information, the certification body should inform customers of the terms and conditions for temporarily or permanently terminating the use of the certification mark.

  7. Financial conditions

  The financial conditions for authorizing the use of certification marks are included in the contract between the certification body and the customer.

  8. Confidentiality

  Unless otherwise agreed by the certification body, the client shall maintain the confidentiality of all documents obtained from the certification body, except for the certificate, these rules, and attachments.bsp;

  9. Legislative changes

  Certification bodies comply with national and international laws, regulations, and mandatory standards regarding the right to use certification marks or the conditions for obtaining such rights. It will notify the customer of the changes, and the customer is obligated to apply all modifications to the aforementioned changes. 

  10. Changes in the rules for using management logos

  The certification body reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. It will notify the customer in writing of all changes, and the customer has an obligation to apply the above changes. 

  11. echnical Details

  2) A single certification mark shall not be printed in multiple colors.

  3) When a document is printed in more than one color or a single color that can remain clear and visible, the certification mark can appear on a colored background.

  4) When used for online purposes, customers can create and use a transparent version of the authentication mark.
